PRESS RELEASE OF THE UPSTATE ANIMAL RESCUE FOUNDATION MAY 12, 2017

EARLIER THIS WEEK, DURING OUR ATTEMPT TO FIND NEW HOMES FOR RESCUED ABUSED ANIMALS, ONE OF OUR TRUSTED VOLUNTEERS WAS ASSAULTED WHILE ONE OF THE ANIMALS WAS BEING STOLEN FROM ITS KENNEL OUTSIDE OF PET SMART. THANKFULLY LAW ENFORCEMENT INTERVENED AND OUR VOLUNTEER AND THE PRECIOUS DOG ARE RECOVERING.

THE UPSTATE ANIMAL RESCUE FOUNDATION, WITH THE CONTINUED HELP OF PET SMART, HAS RELOCATED ITS ADOPTION LOCATION TO THE PET SMART ON FAIRVIEW ROAD IN SIMPSONVILLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

THOUSANDS OF RESCUED ANIMALS HAVE FOUND NEW HOMES AS A PART OF OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH PET SMART SINCE 2005.

OUR FACILITY IN ANDERSON IS BEING RENOVATED AND THIS CAUSED US GREAT HARDSHIP, BUT WE WILL PREVAIL AND FIND HOMES FOR THESE PRECIOUS CREATURES. WE HOPE THE PUBLIC CONTINUES TO SUPPORT OUR CAUSE BY ADOPTION, DONATION OR VOLUNTEER WORK.
